How Do I Purchase An Extra InkPen?

For the time being, if you would like to purchase an extra InkPen email your Inkerz registered email address to our sales team and request an InkPen. support@inkerz.com. If you have not subscribed yet, visit our PRICING PAGE TO SUBSCRIBE.

What Are The Prerequisites For Inkerz Application?

Inkerz application and our InkPen currently works only with Google Chrome. And we support 1280 x 768 and above screen resolutions. iOS and Android App version of Inkerz coming soon.

How Do I Install Inkerz?

When you sign up or are invited to use the Inkerz application, you will receive an email that provides you with a download link and details on how to sign in to the application. Make sure you have the latest version of Google Chrome Browser before you begin the installation. If you need further assistance, please email support@inkerz.com

I Forgot My User Name Or Password. What Do I Do?

To sign in to Inkerz application, you will need your registered email address and password. You can request a password reset on the sign in screen of the Inkerz application. If you do not see an email from us, please check your spam folder to see if our password reset email was sent there. If you’ve forgotten the email address used to sign in to the Inkerz application and you need further assistance, please email support@inkerz.com and include your full name.
